Fuel Up to Play 60

The nation’s leading in-school wellness program, operating in over 73,000 schools!

Empowering  students to take the lead in creating a healthy school environment and developing good  habits related to nutrition and physical activity!

Launched by the National Dairy Council (NDC) and the National Football League (NFL) in collaboration with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Fuel Up to Play 60 is an in-school nutrition and physical activity program that encourages the consumption of healthy foods and achieving at least 60 minutes  of physical activity every day.

Fuel Up to Play 60 combines the excitement of the NFL with challenges and rewards that inspire kids to get active and eat well. Students and adults work together at their school to create sustainable changes and opportunities for physical activity and increase the availability of more kid-appealing, nutrient-rich foods that include low-fat or fat-free dairy products, fruits, vegetables and whole grains.
